AGREEMENT FOR PHYSIOTHERAPY, SPEECH THERAPIST AND PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES The Pioneiro employee has special discounts in authorized health clinics. AGREEMENT TO CARRY OUT THE CERVICAL CANCER EXAMINATION For your convenience, women can be absent from their workplace to carry out examinations in the Women's Clinic (Clínica da Mulher) in Joaquim Távora with a Grupo Pioneiro's nurse. UNIMED HEALTH INSURANCE Grupo Pioneiro and Unimed joined forces and brought to you Unimed's health insurance. We pay 60% and the employees have access to their benefits with a small cost. Examples of health services provided for you: hospital admissions, laboratory consults, examinations, obstetrics, etc.

INTERNAL AFFAIRS PROGRAM The Internal Affairs is a reliable communication channel created to make it easier to get in touch with the employees. It can give you the opportunity to express opinions, complaint, claims and suggest improvements related to the activities of Grupo Pioneiro. The Internal Affairs acts in an impartial manner, by means of listening to all the involved parts, allowing a consistent mediation process when solving a personal problem or when registering an opinion which may be a solution adopted by the company. EPA - CORPORATIVE NEWSPAPER The Pioneiro Alimentos Editorial (Editorial Pioneiro Alimentos), known as EPA, is a bimonthly newspaper which aims at including and integrating the employees of Grupo Pioneiro through information. KNOWLEDGE CARAVAN This program which aims to develop projects in education, sports, entrepreneurship and regional culture, especially in cities in which Pioneiro Group has employees and integrated producers. OPEN DOORS PIONEIRO PROGRAM This program opens the doors of Grupo Pioneiro units to the family, schools and the society. We want everybody to know our actions. BRINGING TOGETHER PROGRAM The employees absent for a period due to health issues receive periodical visits from other employees. ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE SURVEY We want to keep a great workplace so we can develop new talents. In order to achieve this, we use the Organizational Climate Survey, to identify improvements and the opinions of the employees who were not considered by the Internal Affairs. SPECIAL DATES We celebrate the year's special dates, like Easter, Christmas, Mother's and Father's Day, Women's Day, among others, always providing some moments when the employee can relax and have fun. FUTSAL INTEGRATION CUP To promote the sport and the integration between employees, we carry out the Pioneiro Futsal Integration Cup, with teams composed only by employees. FUTURE ATHLETE Action in partnership with SESI, which supports and encourages the practice of sports within the Socioeducational Program Future Athlete (Programa Socioeducativo Atleta do Futuro). We believe in this project for the full development of children both in sports and in the society.

AMBULATORY CARE The ambulatory care centers are located in the slaughter (Frangos Pioneiro) and industrialized (Maná) units. The other units do not have centralized centers. MEDICAL CARE We have occupational physicians at disposal to clarify any doubts about health issues. With this access, the employees can save money they would otherwise spend in external consultation, besides having a full monitoring of health, with preventive diagnoses through Clinical Examinations. PSYCHOLOGICAL CARE The employees have individual psychological care at your disposal. PHYSIOTHERAPY CARE The employees have physiotherapy care at your disposal, if requested by your physician. OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY We have a team of qualified technicians, and along with them, we develop actions of prevention of accidents through constant training and supervision. EPIs (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided to you according to the necessities of each sector, thus allowing a safe workplace for all of us. INTERNAL WORK ACCIDENT PREVENTION WEEK (SIPAT) This event takes place annually. It aims at informing and instructing the employees about the necessity of being always aware about safety and health in the workplace. Several interesting subjects are discussed , always aiming at welfare, as well as the employees family's. LIFE INSURANCE PROGRAM When the employees are hired by one of Grupo Pioneiro's companies, they will automatically have a life insurance subsided in 60% by the company. FOOD CARD PROGRAM When the employees start working at Grupo Pioneiro they will have the Food Card to buy food in supermarkets. The value of the card is determined according to a convention signed along with the category's Union. NUTRITIONAL FOOD UNIT We serve daily meals in our cafeterias: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, all of them with a nutritionist's supervision. The menu is balanced and healthy. The breakfast is served for those who work on the first shift, in the Production units. The afternoon tea is served for the second shift. Both are served for free. The lunch and the dinner cost only R$ 1.00 per meal. The lunch is served for the first shift, and the dinner is served for the second shift. CLEAN UNIFORM The uniforms of our employees in the Production sectors are daily cleaned and delivered to them in their first work shift. And this is also for free.

TRANSPORTATION-AID FOR UNIVERSITIES PROGRAM The city of Joaquim Távora does not have universities, so due to this harsh reality, the employees of Pioneiro have to study in other cities. We provide them a transportation-aid, paying 50% of the public transportation costs. KNOWLEDGE INDUSTRY In another partnership with SESI, we've brought the Knowledge Industry to Joaquim Távora, promoting the basic education quality whereas allowing the access of structured and diversified source information for the community. The Knowledge Industry provides books and free Internet access. AGREEMENTS WITH UNIVERSITIES Pioneiro employees have special discounts on Universities near the area. AGREEMENT WITH SENAI The agreement between Grupo Pioneiro and SENAI offers some discounts or even allow the employees to study for free on SENAI's Technical and Vocational courses.

SOLIDARITY CAMPAIGN TO FLOOD VICTIMS IN NORHTERN PARANÁ A campaign carried out in 2010, where 24 tons of Hot Dog Maná sausage were offered for sale with a fixed price, without any profit taking by Grupo Pioneiro and its partners, and R$ 60 thousand Reais were collected. The value was transferred to the Social Action Public Departments of the following cities: Sengés, Tomazina and to Provopar, in Pinhalão. CULTURAL SUPPORT As a way to support the local culture, Grupo Pioneiro regularly subsidizes celebrations in churches, rodeos and shows in the North of Paraná. MAANAIM THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITY We are one of the maintainers of the Maanaim Therapeutic Community in Imbaú/PR, aimed at rehabilitating drug addicts.
